About The Position

The Regional Educator for L'Oreal Professionnel in Michigan is responsible for executing educational initiatives within the region to support hairdressers and enhance brand loyalty. This role involves leading educational activities for top accounts, facilitating classes, and participating in events to drive sales and market share growth. The educator will also collaborate with various stakeholders to develop new business education strategies and ensure effective communication of brand initiatives.

Requirements

• High School graduate minimum
• Current licensed cosmetologist with a minimum of 5 years industry experience
• Advanced technical hairdressing skills
• Experience with L'Oreal Professionnel haircolor
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of business and educational aspects of Salon Centric/distributor organization
• Ability to adhere to budgets for field training activities
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility with travel up to 70% of the time
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
• Must reside in designated region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of education for top-level accounts to drive sales and increase market share.
• Facilitate classes based on salon needs, aiming for at least 30 activities per month.
• Execute national education initiatives, including ticket sales for events.
• Provide quarterly updates to top accounts on new products and initiatives.
• Expand brand education reach through social media and events.
• Collaborate with BDM and SalonCentric to determine education strategies for new partnerships.
• Participate as the education lead in new partnership events.
