Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in managing professional beauty education and training campaigns.
  • 3–5 years as a professional stylist with deep expertise in hair color with a major manufacturer (Schwarzkopf Professional experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage remote teams and coordinate complex education initiatives.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a confident, engaging presence.
  • Highly organized, tech-savvy (Excel, PowerPoint, email), and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Resilient, energetic, and solution-oriented—able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Holds a valid cosmetology license and driver’s license; willing to travel up to 90%.
  • High school diploma required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute annual education calendars for distributors, NCAs, and key accounts across the Western U.S.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Regional ASK Experts, ensuring high-quality in-salon education and support.
  • Facilitate product launches, sales meetings, and training sessions for distributor sales consultants and salon professionals.
  • Organize and represent the brand at trade shows, corporate events, and key account activations.
  • Oversee monthly reporting, budget management, and travel logistics.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support account growth through tailored education strategies.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the San Francisco market while regularly traveling throughout the assigned states.
