The Distribution Center Manager is responsible for leading all operations within the Franklin, New Hampshire distribution center, ensuring a strong culture of safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and continuous improvement. The role oversees end‑to‑end warehouse functions— including receiving, put‑away, labeling, inventory management, order fulfillment, distribution, and light sub‑assembly—while maintaining accuracy through disciplined processes such as cycle counting and inventory control programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in distribution and warehousing
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Solid understanding of supply chain, sales, and financial processes
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead and foster a culture centered on safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, labeling, inventory management, order fulfillment, distribution, and light sub-assembly
  • Manage operational costs within budget, including capital expenditures, payroll, and non-payroll expenses; identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
  • Apply warehouse management best practices to optimize space utilization, safety, and productivity
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through robust processes such as cycle counting and inventory control programs
  • Collaborate closely with planning, customer service, manufacturing, and cross-functional leadership to align operations with business goals
