About The Position

The Regional Director at Upstream Rehabilitation is responsible for leading a team of Physical Therapists in the State College area, ensuring quality clinical care and operational performance across multiple clinics. This role involves developing leadership skills among Clinic Directors, overseeing HR functions, and collaborating with various teams to drive the organization's mission and values. The Regional Director will also be accountable for strategic planning and financial performance, making a significant impact in the outpatient rehabilitation sector.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current or pending state licensure within the region.
  • 3+ years of experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
  • Demonstrated effective operational leadership and performance, preferably with multi-site leadership experience.
  • Certifications may be preferred based on the assigned clinic service array.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred completion of Leadership Development Program.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coach the leadership, management, and clinical skills of Clinic Directors within the region.
  • Ensure proper execution of hiring, staffing, payroll, performance reviews, and other HR-related duties.
  • Communicate effectively with teams across the organization, including Marketing, Recruiting, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
  • Connect interpersonally with patients, clinical teams, and other departments.
  • Oversee operational and financial performance, and strategic planning for future growth.
  • Ensure quality clinical care and identify new Denovo clinics.
