Read on to learn more about this Regional Director opportunity aligned to Greater Florida Financial Group located in one of the following locations: Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville or Miami Our firm footprint is growing! We are looking for a Regional Director who will serve as a member of our executive leadership team and is responsible for market growth through recruitment, development, retention, success, and supervision of financial professionals in the Miami, Orlando, Tampa or Jacksonville. The Regional Director serves as coach for the organization's approach to a holistic financial planning, relationship-based advice process in selling insurance, investments, and other financial products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Proven track record of recruiting experienced financial advisors
  • Minimum 5 years of a proven track record of coaching, inspiring, and motivating sales teams (Financial Services market preferred) .
  • Proven track record of delivering sales team results and growing a market
  • Series 7 required.
  • Series 63 &65 or 66 required.
  • Life/Health insurance license & P&C License.

  • Industry designations such as CFP, ChFC, or CLU (preferred)
