The Regional Director/ District Manager - Stores is a coach and mentor who oversees the management and processes at a group of stores within our Donated Good Retail division. The role ensures that the stores are executing all the Organization’s procedures and policies to exceed budgeted sales plan. Leading Goodwill Dallas stores is both rewarding and hard work. The key components of the role are to achieve budgeted sales for the region by guiding management, coaching to achieve and exceed minimum inventory production goals and leading by example to ensure the operational success of the assigned region.
