In this newly created position, the Regional Director of Senior Living will be responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation of best practices that reflect Parker’s mission and values across all Parker communities. The Regional Director of Senior Living will ensure standardization across all residential settings. This role involves guiding and collaborating with Resident Services Administrators to enhance service delivery. In partnership with the Regional Director of Development and Administration HCBS, the Regional Director will help shape current and future offerings that strengthen and support the organization's integrated care continuum.

Requirements

  • Successful senior or regional leadership experience with strategic business development and operational planning.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal and NJ state regulations and guidelines governing nursing homes and assisted living residences.
  • Demonstrated operational expertise, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of business principles.
  • Active New Jersey Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA).
  • Operational experience in Assisted Living, strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Experience in leading the integration of newly acquired residential communities, strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related healthcare discipline, required.
  • Master’s degree in public administration or business administration, preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive leadership and management expertise with multi-site responsibilities.
