About the position

The Regional Director opportunity at Chicagoland Financial Group involves leading sales teams to achieve market growth through recruitment, development, retention, and supervision of financial professionals in Northern Illinois or Wisconsin. This role is part of the executive leadership team and focuses on a holistic financial planning approach, providing relationship-based advice in selling insurance, investments, and other financial products.

Responsibilities

  • Market growth through recruitment and retention of experienced and early career financial professionals.
  • Assist with the attraction, recruiting, and retention strategy for Prudential Advisors.
  • Engage with diverse networks and participate in recruiting events that support diversity recruiting objectives.
  • Guide and support financial professionals to maximize their potential in productivity and culture contributions.
  • Champion the use of technology platforms that enhance client experience and operational efficiencies.
  • Inspire financial professionals to be personally accountable for their desired outcomes.
  • Engage all clients in holistic financial planning.
  • Demonstrate, observe, and coach to mastery with all individuals within the firm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Proven track record of recruiting experienced financial advisors.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in coaching, inspiring, and motivating sales teams (Financial Services market preferred).
  • Proven track record of delivering sales team results and growing a market.
  • Series 7 required; Series 63 & 65 or 66 required.
  • Life/Health insurance license & P&C License.
  • Industry designations such as CFP, ChFC, or CLU (preferred).
