The Regional Director, Procurement must be an energetic and self-motivated individual who demonstrates the passion for providing leadership, client development and business growth. Driving a team to meet client/project needs, while maintaining our culture, and delivering exceptional project results will be essential. This role requires a strong focus on market understanding and developing strategic relationships with new and existing clients, as well as and equipment and technology suppliers. The Leader should be able to demonstrate flexibility in working with a variety of key stakeholders both inside and outside the organization to meet regional business goals. The Regional Director, Procurement is expected to spend approximately 60% of their time focused on managing relationships with key and core clients, key suppliers and expanding our portfolio in the Life Sciences and F+B markets – and roughly 40% of their time leading others and ensuring project performance aligns with business KPIs. The Regional Director, Procurement will report directly to the Regional Vice President, but will also coordinate with other Operational Leaders to coordinate business activities and ensure the region maintains the appropriate alignment with overall company goals.
