About The Position

The Regional Director of Private Banking will lead the growth of our private banking and investment sales within a specified region. This dynamic role involves managing a team of Private Bankers and building a portfolio of High-Net-Worth clients. We seek a leader with deep expertise in private banking, investments, and trust, and a proven track record of success.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in private banking and wealth management.
• Strong understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Focused on business development and client service.
• Effective sales leadership and negotiation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degrees or designations (MBA, JD, CFA, CFP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional private banking strategy aligned with our goals.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Private Bankers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and provide ongoing coaching.
• Build and manage relationships with High-Net-Worth clients, providing tailored advice and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement effective risk management practices.
• Stay informed about industry changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Participate in all required compliance training and support team development.
