About The Position
The position involves overseeing the technical services within a designated region, ensuring the successful implementation of projection and sound technology in theatres. The role requires regular travel to various theatre locations, maintaining current technology expertise, and collaborating with colleagues to develop consistent standards and policies. The individual will supervise technical resources, assist with new installations and upgrades, and drive the regional team to enhance the movie-watching experience. Additionally, the position includes setting performance goals for direct reports and maintaining communication with the Theatre Operations Regional Director.
