About The Position

The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting onsite sales teams across multiple hotel properties. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales coach who excels in talent development, sales strategy optimization, and accountability management, without direct selling responsibilities. The primary focus is on driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability by equipping sales teams with best-in-class training, tools, and strategic guidance. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. They will lead by example, exercise sound judgment, provide excellent customer service, and maintain professionalism under pressure. The ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and maintain a high level of integrity and follow-through is essential.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in hotel sales leadership regional sales roles
  • Proven experience managing sales teams across multiple locations
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth, sales training, and process optimization
  • Passion for mentoring and developing sales professionals
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, STR reporting, and sales analytics
  • Strong ability to influence, motivate, and lead diverse teams
  • Willingness to travel to properties as required
