Key Responsibilities: Build, implement and execute strategic plans to exceed sales targets and key performance indicators. Develop strategic new business opportunities within the Hospitality and Designer verticals. Manage and grow sales in existing accounts across multiple distribution channels, with a focus on Hospitality and Designer sectors. Attend and represent the company at industry-specific trade shows to promote Down Inc.'s products. Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, purchasing, marketing, and customer service teams to support account needs and market strategies. Track market trends, competitive insights, and economic indicators to develop effective sales strategies. Forecast sales and analyze performance data to support strategic planning. Travel approximately 50% of the time with the focus on driving sales and delivering results. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or Marketing focus); extensive sales experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years managing key or national accounts. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, grow existing accounts, and prospect new business. Strong analytical and Excel skills to analyze sales data and forecast performance. Ability to sell based on value, not just price, with a deep understanding of customer needs. Demonstrated success in building long-term customer relationships. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, organized, and driven by results. Experience in the home textiles, hospitality, or home goods industry is highly preferred. Essential Skills: An understanding that fortune is in the follow up. Ability to be a solution seller. Highly organized and able to work within a CRM platform.
