We’re looking for a high-impact Regional Director of Retail to lead multiple branch locations, develop top-performing leaders, and drive measurable growth across the region. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives on owning performance, scaling teams, and influencing results at a regional level. You’ll work closely with executive leadership to execute strategy, elevate branch performance, and expand membership and lending growth.

Requirements

  • This position will support the BlueOx branches in Battle Creek, Coldwater, Jackson, Albion, and Sterling Heights.
  • 3–5+ years in retail banking or credit union leadership
  • 3+ years leading multiple branches or regional teams
  • Proven success in driving sales, lending, and membership growth
  • Strong ability to coach leaders and build high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of branch operations, compliance, and KPIs
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to turn data into action

Responsibilities

  • Regional Performance: Drive sales, lending, and membership growth across multiple branches
  • Leadership Development: Coach and develop Branch Managers to elevate performance and leadership capability
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance, efficiency, and consistency across all locations
  • Growth Strategy: Identify market opportunities and execute plans to expand reach and impact
  • Community Presence: Strengthen brand visibility through local engagement and partnerships
