As the Regional Director of Operations for our Senior Living Company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities across the Texas area. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in senior living management, emphasizing operational efficiency, resident satisfaction, and organizational growth. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies within the communities, while also developing and implementing effective operating systems tailored to community-level operations. In this leadership role, you will guide Executive Directors and support them in the recruitment, development, and coaching of their community leadership teams. Your ability to exemplify teamwork and influence others will be crucial in achieving worthwhile objectives. You will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, fostering a positive attitude and team orientation in all interactions. Building high morale and commitment to goals among staff, residents, and their families will be a key focus. Your responsibilities will also include conducting field audits at the Senior Living communities, ensuring that occupancy and financial targets are not only met but exceeded. You will assist in preparing and monitoring annual budgets, and serve as an Interim Executive Director when necessary. Flexibility, integrity, and strong organizational capabilities will be essential as you navigate the complexities of this role, engaging others in creative activities and maintaining productive relationships across various levels of the organization.
