About The Position

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing healthcare operations within correctional facilities in a designated region. This role focuses on managing personnel, ensuring clinical quality, and optimizing operational efficiency while delivering high-quality care to inmates. The position emphasizes collaboration with corporate functions and external partners to meet stakeholder commitments and enhance program success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• Five plus years of experience in healthcare operations management; correctional health experience preferred.
• Multi-site management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, support, and evaluate Health Services Administrators (HSAs) to achieve clinical, service, and operational objectives.
• Liaise with corporate functions and external community partners to ensure program success and coordinate Quality Assurance meetings.
• Oversee the referral process, drug formulary compliance, and off-site referral processes.
• Participate in the development of the annual operating plan and monitor compliance with staffing plans.
• Manage key operating metrics including staffing, schedules, payroll, labor, supply, pharmacy, and staff retention.
