Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business, geriatrics, health care/nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of at least five years of management in the senior living industry or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to connect and communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficient in Technology, including TEAMS, Electronic Health Records, Customer Relations Management software, Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly master new software applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data from a variety of sources and to apply reason, logic and advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
• Strong financial understanding.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and to make independent decisions as appropriate.
• Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and professional writing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize, organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong customer orientation to older adults.
• Compliance with state licensing requirements.
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time, may office out of home and the Support Office.
• Position requires a current driver’s license and access to vehicle for travel.
• Ability to travel and stay overnight away from home.

Responsibilities
