Requirements

  • Must be proficient in data analysis and other inventory management systems.
  • High attention to detail with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
  • Problem solver that thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent in conflict resolution, communication, learning and teaching an array of subjects.
  • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company.
  • Possess advanced mathematical skills.
  • Perform advanced visual quality inspections on products.
  • Must be able to travel on a frequent basis (5-10 days/month) to additional locations and facilities.
  • Must obtain all applicable state-required permits, licenses, and certifications for primary operating state.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

  • Implement operations strategy, structure, and processes across multiple entities.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations.
  • Interview, hire, train, and develop leaders within the organization.
  • Provide regular performance updates to the Senior leadership team.
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Ops teams to ensure production meets sales demand.
  • Ensure a culture of accountability at all levels of the organization.
  • Drive results in all deliverables (production quotas, labor standards, profitability, budget management, people metrics).
  • Follow sales and market trends daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Audit Production Plans to meet demand of sales team.
  • Actively seek ways to improve all aspects of the business.
  • Collaborate with the Senior leadership team to develop, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures.
  • Directly manage state-level managers and oversee delivery drivers.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture where team members feel empowered, motivated, and committed to achieving organizational goals.
  • Act as a key leader in promoting collaboration and driving high levels of engagement.
  • Lead by example to ensure alignment between team activities and organizational objectives.
