About The Position

Join our team and make a meaningful impact by supporting and guiding multiple communities to success while ensuring residents receive the highest level of service and care. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operational success of multiple senior living communities across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, driving financial and operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of care and accountability within each community. This is a junior-level role that serves as a direct support to the Regional Director of Operations (RDO). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Independent Living (IL) while also possessing experience in Assisted Living (AL) and Memory Care (MC) to effectively manage a balanced portfolio of at least five communities.
