As a Regional Director of Operations for our Central Virginia territory, you will plan, manage, and guide contracted services for multiple senior living sites for multiple clients normally generating $2-15M+ in revenue to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs. This role is responsible for bringing sound operational leadership, financial acumen, culinary operational understanding and clinical regulatory knowledge, along with the ability to conduct training with our managers in our client's facilities. Depending on the client(s), services can include food service, EVS, dietary, clinical, and more. Our Regional Operations Managers are capable operations leaders who bring a team forward to providing excellent service to our clients. With knowledge of the client's business, positive relationship building skills, financial savvy, and a focus on safety, our team makes a difference every day.
