The Regional Director of Nutritional Services provides hands-on leadership and operational oversight for dietary and food service programs across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This role requires a strong culinary and kitchen management background, the ability to step into facility kitchens when needed, and proven leadership of Nutritional Services Directors at the building level. The Regional Director ensures regulatory compliance, high-quality patient dining experiences, cost and labor control, and alignment with clinical nutrition standards in collaboration with Registered Dietitians. Travel is often required for this role.
