About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Regional Director of Manufacturing to oversee our manufacturing plants in the North America region. This is a key leadership role supporting a growing operation, where you will take responsibility for the day-to-day and long-term success of our 24/7 manufacturing teams. If you are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to drive results without compromising safety or team morale, we would love to hear from you. Ideal candidates are located near Gainesville, TX (Dallas area) or Elyria, OH (Cleveland area). You play a critical role in balancing the needs of our people, our customers, and the business. That includes setting priorities, developing your team, and keeping operations on track from meeting production targets to making sure we deliver on time, every time. Expect to travel about 50% of the time across your region, with remote work when you are not on site. What kind of leader are we looking for? You bring clarity and confidence to every challenge. You know how to work independently but also how to bring people together around a shared goal. You are comfortable solving complex problems, making quick decisions when needed, and thinking a few steps ahead. You know when to push, when to listen, and how to keep things moving even under pressure. Most importantly, you lead by example, not just by title. In this role, you oversee Plant Managers in your region and collaborate closely with teams across departments and geographies. You influence outcomes without always having direct authority — so strong relationships, good judgment, and communication skills are key. What makes this opportunity unique? This is more than a role in plant operations; it is a chance to help shape the future of how we work. You will be involved in key cross-functional initiatives including EHSS, Engineering, SIOP, Quality, Operations Excellence, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial strategy all through the lens of operations. Your voice will matter here.
