Lead and oversee the operational execution of the HR function with a commitment to internal growth and advancement of the company's workforce. Serve as a dynamic, hands-on leader, fostering a high-performance culture, driving talent management, and ensuring compliance with multi-state HR laws.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Lead HR teams to support manufacturing plants and their teams
  • Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and employee engagement
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to meet hiring needs at various locations
  • Build and implement succession planning and career development initiatives
  • Drive internal growth and advancement opportunities for employees
  • Ensure compliance with multi-state HR laws and regulations
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and mitigate risks
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Directors of Operations on HR matters
  • Provide consultative support to managers and employees
  • Facilitate organizational change and development initiatives
  • Oversee plant HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and HRIS
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making
  • Ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery
  • Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of manufactured products
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Experience managing a decentralized team vital
  • Experience in a multi-unit manufacturing environment desired
  • Proven track record in talent management, succession planning, and talent development
  • Strong understanding of multi-state HR compliance and laws
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Demonstrated success working as a coach and strategic business partner
  • Ability to work effectively in a dispersed team environment
  • Strong consultative and interpersonal skills
