About The Position

As the Regional Director of Home Health Operations, you will lead operations across all area branches. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage resources, and be a champion for the organization's mission. Requirements

• 3+ years healthcare leadership experience required
• Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Home Health experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of branch operations, ensuring branches deliver exceptional patient care and meet organizational goals.
• Lead initiatives in hiring, onboarding, coaching, professional development, performance management, and retention in order to maintain an effective and motivated team.
• Establish and manage budgets, monitor performance, and achieve financial goals.
• Act as a key liaison to internal and external stakeholders including staff, leadership, governing board, referral sources, state policymakers, professional advisory groups, clients, families, and other community partners.
• Ensure client services meet the highest standards and align with clinical best practices.
• Represent the organization through community education, marketing, and participation in service-related activities.
