About The Position
We are 10SB, (part of Egis’ Architecture Line), a dynamic and innovative architecture and master planning practice. With over 400 architects and designers strategically located across three regional headquarters in London, Hong Kong, and San Francisco, as well as six additional studios in key global markets. We design and deliver projects at all scales and complexities. The Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) is responsible for leading and coordinating business development efforts across the West, Central, and East regions within the Americas. This role ensures alignment with the overall BD and Marketing strategy while collaborating with regional BD leads, marketing coordinators, and leadership to drive growth, client engagement, and market expansion. The RBDM reports to the Managing Principal, Americas Region and works closely with the Western, Central, and Eastern Regional BD Managers, as well as other key stakeholders in architecture, operations, and finance.
