Requirements

• Four-year degree in social services or a related field.
• Previous Management level experience is required.
• Extensive experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
• At least 1 year of Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) experience.
• Extensive experience with youth in a residential setting.

Nice To Haves

• Quality assurance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served within assigned region.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
• Financial oversight of program.
