This role provides strategic and operational leadership for dining operations across all levels of living, ensuring alignment with HumanGood's mission and hospitality standards. The Regional Director is accountable for implementing a dining program that emphasizes food quality, flavor, and a personalized experience-consistently creating positive, memorable moments for residents, team members, and guests. This leader sets the tone for excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational consistency, and a culture of pride in our self-operated dining model.
