About The Position

This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead and scale a high-performing Enterprise Sales team across strategic accounts in the region. You will be responsible for driving new business and expansion opportunities, coaching senior Account Executives, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. The position involves hands-on engagement with enterprise clients, partnering with cross-functional teams, and building sustainable sales processes that maximize revenue growth. You will influence the regional go-to-market strategy, champion pipeline generation, and ensure predictable execution across complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Your leadership will directly impact revenue performance, team development, and customer satisfaction, all within a dynamic, fast-growing, and data-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership with a track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing senior AEs.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth in complex enterprise sales environments, including both land and expand motions.
  • Hands-on sales leadership style, comfortable engaging directly with Economic Buyers and providing executive-level support.
  • Strong ability to motivate teams through change and continuous growth, earning trust with a One Team One Dream mindset.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and co-selling with external partners to establish and expand an Enterprise business.
  • Data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of customer needs to guide strategy and execution.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools to enhance sales effectiveness is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and empower a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive a high-accountability culture through coaching, goal-setting, and process discipline.
  • Oversee sales execution for complex, multi-stakeholder deals, ensuring consistency, rigor, and value-based methodologies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances, Product, and Revenue Operations to optimize the Enterprise go-to-market motion.
  • Partner with external technology and system integrator partners to support co-selling and revenue growth.
  • Foster AE ownership of pipeline generation, promoting effective collaboration with BDRs to build sustainable pipeline.
  • Accurately forecast and report performance to executive leadership, leveraging deep insights into the Enterprise business.
