About The Position
The Regional Director is accountable for leading a defined network of retail stores and Store Managers/Directors through inspiring hands-on management and coaching as well as strategic business leadership. This role is responsible for developing and elevating the presence and positioning of the brand, achieving sales targets and other business KPIs, delivering exceptional client experiences, optimizing retail operations, and enhancing the organization's talent. This position reports to the Vice President of Retail.
