The Regional Sales Director for the Cloud Product Line Specialist team will oversee all aspects of Cloud Native (Azure, AWS, GCP) data security products across the Central and Western Regions. This role involves managing a team of Account Executives to discover and develop new opportunities, manage pipeline, execute account strategies, and drive customer expansion. The Director will also evangelize and enable the product message internally with the field team and externally with channel/strategic partners, and interface with Rubrik's cross-functional product, GTM, and engineering teams. The Regional Director will manage a team of sellers targeting Enterprise accounts within the region, collaborating with regional leaders in Sales Engineering, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik Partners to surpass sales objectives. This position is integral to the overall sales team's success, managing all aspects of the sales process.
