The position oversees the performance of TEL’s commercial truck and trailer leasing portfolio, ensuring annual growth of 15% or more while strengthening brand visibility through the pursuit and execution of strategic opportunities. The Regional Director leads, develops, and manages the Business Development (Sales) team to deliver on TEL’s strategic vision, elevate sales performance, expand market presence, and enhance customer relationships. In addition to leadership responsibilities, the role requires direct involvement in prospecting, customer acquisition, and ongoing portfolio management within the transportation leasing sector, specifically Class 8 tractors and trailers.
