About The Position
As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of successful property management for a portfolio of apartment properties. This includes overseeing the performance of on-site personnel, ensuring the properties are in compliance with all CWS safety practices, implementing operating policies and regulatory requirements, and keeping the properties clean and in working condition. You will embody and promote the CWS Purpose and Values, ensuring that the health, well-being, and safety of our team members, residents, contractors, and yourself is foremost in mind in conducting any and all business activities. You will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, retaining, and leading team members within your assigned portfolio, supporting and mentoring on-site managers, and driving the growth and development of team members through feedback and coaching.
