About The Position
The Regional Director at Savant is a key leadership role responsible for driving growth and market success in the Chicago region. This position involves setting and exceeding growth targets, developing innovative strategies to boost revenue, and leading cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences. The Regional Director will also manage the P&L for assigned teams, coach team leaders, and facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure optimal service delivery and client retention.
