Regional Dental Office Manager - Full-Time Location: North Country, NY (Plattsburgh & Malone) Base Salary: $90,000-$105,000/year + Bonuses $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Lead a growing pediatric dental team with purpose and heart! About Us North Country Pediatric Dentistry and Pediatric Dentistry of Malone are respected and fast-growing pediatric dental practices focused on creating a fun, welcoming environment for kids and families. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, organized, and experienced Regional Dental Office Manager to lead our clinical and administrative teams with excellence. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position offering competitive pay, performance bonuses , and a supportive team culture. Requirements

  • 4+ years of dental experience , including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proficiency with Dentrix or similar practice management software
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric dental procedures, insurance, and billing
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to commute or relocate to the North Country Region.

  • College degree or advanced certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily front and back office operations
  • Lead and support staff using a servant leadership approach
  • Oversee scheduling, billing, daily closeouts, and clinical flow
  • Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA , and pediatric dental standards
  • Track and analyze KPIs: production, collections, payroll, and expenses
  • Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Train staff on new systems, policies, and performance goals
  • Supervise insurance verification, benefit reviews, and patient financing
  • Collaborate with HR on staff development, coaching, and performance feedback
