About The Position
Under the general direction of the Deputy Director Statewide Dental Program, California Correctional Health Care Services, the Regional Dental Director (RDD) plans, organizes, and directs the clinical operations of the dental health care delivery system, including the dental program and dental program support assessments. The RDD oversees the dental clinical services and the performance of Supervising Dentists in their region. The RDD also oversees the administrative performance associated with dental program compliance and clinical operations of the dental Health Program Manager IIIs in their region. This position is non-tenured, full-time, not permanent, full-time as stated under the position details.
