As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. As a part of the US Pixel Regional Demand Planning (RDP) team, you will be at the heart of the hardware business, playing a critical role in ensuring our innovative products, including phones, watches, and accessories are in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand. As a part of the central hub for forecasting, you will collaborate with carrier and retail partners, and work with internal teams to drive business success. As the US Pixel RDP Manager, you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of demand planners responsible for the dynamic US market and will be a pivotal leader in our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, managing key cross-functional relationships with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Go-To-Market teams to create a consensus demand plan. As a part of this highly visible role, you will be expected to be a leader who can navigate partner dynamics, drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems, guide the team through new product introductions and full life-cycle management to drive business forward.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or sales and operations planning.
  • Experience with demand and supply planning systems (e.g., o9, Anaplan, SAP), including the use of AI for insights and analytics.
  • Experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics or telecommunications industry.
  • Experience managing the full product life-cycle, including New Product Introduction (NPI) and End-of-Life (EOL) transitions.
  • Understanding of and experience with Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) processes with major US carriers and retailers.
  • Excellent quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to tell a story and influence executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end demand forecasting process for all US Pixel products, drive Sales and Operations Planning and Sales and Operations Execution cycles, presenting demand plans, supply analysis, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership, analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, drive corrective actions, and provide clear, concise commentary to leadership.
  • Lead the collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment process with key US carrier and retail partners , building relationships to align on forecasts, promotions and inventory strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Demand Planners, managing workload, fostering career growth, and cultivating a collaborative culture.
  • Collaborate with sales, supply planning, finance, logistics, and go-to-market teams to align on business plans, manage supply constraints, optimize allocations, and resolve fulfillment issues.
  • Manage the complete product life-cycle, from new product introduction planning, initial order quantities to end-of-life management.
