About The Position

Provide administrative support to assist the Regional Data Integrity Center (RDIC) in executing daily activities to achieve department goals/objectives. Responsibilities - Oversee/direct the daily tasks of others - Assist in developing department associates by working with them to accomplish tasks and suggesting methods for improvement - Provide assistance in handling adverse situations, such as team member and customer disagreements, to effectively complete the job at hand - Promote a strong team-building atmosphere - Develop/maintain strong working relationships with division and General Office-level merchandising departments and retail stores - Provide accurate, complete and timely support and data entry assistance for issues involving pricing input, scale management and shelf tags - Provide leadership and development assistance to team members - Create and maintain support for the intranet News & Notes articles - Maintain execution/support for shared Outlook email boxes - Provide point of sale (POS) troubleshooting, overrides and user support - Request, test and approve fixes/enhancements via user accepted testing (UAT) - Resolve store pricing, scale and shelf tag data integrity issues - Develop and maintain best practices for RDIC teams - Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead others
  • Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and a strong attention to detail
  • Experience as a regional specialist with pricing/support experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient oral/written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Highly motivated self starter
  • Broad knowledge of Merchandising/Loyalty departments, Vestcom and data integrity systems
  • Proficient Microsoft Office and Kroger mainframe skills
