At Mendocino Farms, we don’t just sell sandwiches – we Sell Happy! As a Regional Culinary Manager, you will play a critical role in driving Mendocino Farms' growth and success. The Regional Culinary Manager is a key member of the Management Team who works at their home store and across multiple regional locations. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role maximizes the effectiveness of culinary initiatives, programs, and new store openings. The Regional Culinary Manager has four primary Focuses: New Store Openings, Menu Rollouts, Team Development, and Regional Coaching.
