The Regional Corporate Chef (RCC) executes strategic plans and initiatives relating to product development of RATIONAL's products within their assigned region. The RCC will partner with Regional Sales Managers, Dealer Partners/Representatives, and Regional Certified RATIONAL Chefs to develop their knowledge and skills when applying our technology in the market, including supporting key accounts with menu development and process implementation. Objectives regarding revenue, profitability, market share and positioning are also part of this role.
