The Regional Controller - Renewables at Rosendin is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Renewables division within the region. This position entails managing the region's Cost Ledgers, Financial Statements, Budgets, and cash forecasting, while also addressing finance-related issues that arise within the regional and corporate teams. The Regional Controller will work closely with Operations Managers and Corporate Finance to ensure accurate monthly revenue recognition and cost projections, facilitating effective communication of any identified risks to upper management. In addition to managing financial processes, the Regional Controller will coordinate with various finance department personnel to develop and implement new policies and processes that enhance financial operations. This includes maintaining allocation rates for support departments, ensuring the accuracy of inventory counts and general ledger accounts, and overseeing the region's cost tracking systems. The role also involves assisting Corporate Finance in developing labor rates for estimating and project billings, as well as providing training and support for finance personnel within the region. The Regional Controller will play a key role in the development and review of regional overhead budgets, conducting periodic variance reviews, and preparing revenue forecasts. This position requires a proactive approach to managing finance personnel, including a Cost Accountant and Billing Specialist, and providing guidance on payroll, billing, and other accounting support functions.
