About The Position

Eskola Roofing is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Contract Administrator in the Orlando, Florida area to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their legal or administrative career to gain hands-on experience in construction-related contract management. In this role, you’ll work closely with our In-House Counsel, supporting legal and administrative functions that are essential to our continued growth and success.

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Paralegal certificate and/or 3–5 years of experience in construction law or the like
Solid understanding of construction contracts (e.g., AIA, ConsensusDocs), contract law, mechanics liens, building codes, and construction litigation
Experience supporting attorneys on construction matters through legal research, drafting, document analysis, filings, and document production
Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening as a condition of hire
Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools
Familiarity with legal research tools, document management systems, and contract management platforms (e.g., Monday.com [//Monday.com])
Strong IT skills with a willingness to leverage technology for efficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate project records
Effective time management and task prioritization in a fast-paced environment
Practical problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow professionally
Able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds of files or equipment

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and revise a variety of construction agreements, including prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and master service agreements.
Prepare and respond to project-related claims, regulatory filings, cease and desist letters, demand letters, and legal notices.
Conduct research on construction-specific legal topics such as licensing requirements, bond and mechanics lien claims, and construction defect issues.
Collaborate with Project Managers and internal departments to collect and verify information relevant to legal matters.
Review and interpret project documentation, including plans, specifications, and change orders, to support legal and contractual compliance.
Support the implementation and oversight of contract management systems and procedures.
Provide general legal assistance to In-House Counsel on an as-needed basis across a range of construction law issues.
