About The Position

As a Regional Mechanical Construction Manager at Ahern, you will drive strong performance of your team by selling profitable mechanical construction projects and executing exceptional customer service to our Madison area customers. In conjunction with the other Regional Construction Manager, you will actively manage the profit and loss of the mechanical project portion of the Madison Regional financials, determining annual contract sales goals for the region and individual sales team members’ goals. As a Regional Construction Manager, you will have direct oversight of a team of mechanical project management individuals and will work closely with operations to successfully ensure execution of regional work.  This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while mentoring and growing Ahern’s contract business.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a construction sales/project management type role in a related field
  • Post-secondary education in a related program or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Process driven
  • Possess skills that motivate those around you
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail
