Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an experienced Regional Compliance Nurse to provide clinical oversight for our skilled nursing facilities in the Houston, Texas area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a regional level. ---------------------------------------- YOUR IMPACT AS A REGIONAL COMPLIANCE NURSE In this role, you will: Conduct pre-visit conferences with Administrators and DONs to review facility-specific concerns Make facility rounds alongside DONs, Unit Managers, and Medical Directors Review QI meeting minutes, action plans, and follow-up reports to assess effectiveness of the CQI program Support implementation and structure of robust Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Risk Management Programs Evaluate and analyze reports related to incidents, accidents, and investigations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Review safety protocols for residents and staff and provide related education and training Collect and interpret facility-reported state data, survey trends, and complaint investigations Conduct exit conferences summarizing findings, outcomes, and recommendations ---------------------------------------- WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT We’re looking for someone who: Is a Registered Nurse in good standing in the state of Texas Has 3–5 years of clinical leadership experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility Has experience managing high-acuity, high-volume Medicare settings Brings prior multi-facility consultation or regional nurse experience (highly preferred) Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and written documentation skills Can work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision Is willing and able to travel extensively, including regular overnight stays Can pass a pre-employment background check, license verification, and meet insurance requirements for a company vehicle

Requirements

  • Is a Registered Nurse in good standing in the state of Texas
