The role of the Regional Compliance Manager is to provide the overall supervision to ensure all field employees (caregivers) are in compliance with the state Home Care/Home Service Agency (HSA) and Home Nursing Agency (HNA) regulations, company policy, and Joint Commission standards. Compliance Manager is responsible for providing guidance on recruitment processes, as well as annual compliance and training requirements to support and achieve branch growth goals. This position will be based out of the Wilmington branch and covers our NC territory, to include our locations in Wilmington, Supply, Whiteville, Rockingham, Jacksonville, Fayetteville, Raleigh, Goldsboro, and High Point.
