About The Position

The Regional Training Program Director provides Nurse Aide is responsible for conducting the Nurse Aide training program for the Evansville area. Training Program Directors monitor and work with students to ensure resident care procedures are followed and promotes successful completion of the NA training program and clinical placement.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a current Indiana RN license.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Geriatric and Gerontology nursing.
• Prior clinical education training/teaching experience required.
• Prior clinical consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the Nurse Aide training program for the Evansville area.
• Monitor and work with students to ensure resident care procedures are followed.
• Promote successful completion of the NA training program and clinical placement.
