As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced, results-driven Regional Clinical Operations Manager to provide operational leadership and drive performance across multiple practices. The Regional Clinical Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations, performance outcomes, and regulatory compliance of dental practices within an assigned geographic region. This role serves as a critical link between corporate leadership and individual practice teams, ensuring consistent execution of organizational standards related to patient care, staff development, financial results, and compliance. This is a highly visible leadership position that blends strategic oversight with hands-on operational support. The Regional Clinical Operations Manager partners closely with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows, implement best practices, and foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement. This field-based leadership role combines remote administrative responsibilities with frequent on-site visits to dental practices. Regular travel throughout the assigned region is required to support practice teams, conduct audits, and implement strategic initiatives. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be necessary to assist with staffing needs, special events, or urgent operational matters. A dedicated home office with reliable internet access and the ability to connect to company systems is required.
