The role leads expert clinical support for field sales teams to help achieve strategic business objectives and drive revenue growth. It involves planning and executing product evaluations, customer training sessions, and implementation initiatives for both internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals. The position also develops and delivers professional education programs, including the creation of training materials and presentations, often acting as lead presenter and project manager. This role plays a critical part in shaping the customer experience across the sales lifecycle—from initial engagement and product adoption to long-term satisfaction—impacting training outcomes, product utilization, purchasing decisions, and overall customer retention.
