About The Position
Grateful Care ABA is a growing ABA company dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children with autism and their families in both home and center-based settings. We are seeking a Regional Clinical Director to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role is pivotal in overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the quality of ABA services provided within the assigned region. The Regional Clinical Director will ensure that BCBAs complete treatment plans effectively, manage authorizations efficiently, and provide clinical oversight to all aspects of the ABA program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis, management experience, and a commitment to ethical service delivery. They will be responsible for overseeing the completion of treatment plans by BCBAs, ensuring that authorizations are utilized effectively and services are delivered with maximum impact. This role also involves leading parent orientation sessions for new families, monitoring client and learner attendance and performance, and reporting on key clinical and operational performance metrics. The Regional Clinical Director will take ownership of the region, fostering growth and expansion while maintaining quality and integrity in service delivery.
