About The Position

Accel Therapies is seeking an experienced, strategic, and mission-driven Regional Clinical Director (RCD) to oversee multiple centers within a designated region. This leadership role blends clinical oversight, operational management, and team development to ensure high-quality ABA services and exceptional caregiver engagement. As an RCD, you’ll guide Clinical Directors and BCBAs, support organizational growth, and maintain operational excellence. Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Minimum 5 years of ABA experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple centers or teams
  • Proven ability in clinical supervision, team leadership, and operational oversight
  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation, compliance, and ethical standards
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with caregivers and staff
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and a solution-focused approach
  • Proficiency in clinical software and data management tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Clinical Directors across the region, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and consistent care
  • Mentor Clinical Directors to strengthen clinical judgment, leadership capabilities, and accountability
  • Identify and proactively address clinical and operational risks to maintain strong regional performance
  • Ensure high clinical standards through QA systems, audits, and data-driven decision-making
  • Oversee the quality and integrity of assessments, treatment planning, and clinical outcomes
  • Uphold ethical, compassionate, and assent-based care aligned with the BACB Code of Ethics
  • Monitor regional performance metrics, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Partner with Clinical Directors to implement and sustain data-driven improvements
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for clinicians and clinical leaders
  • Partner with training teams to ensure consistent, high-quality clinical development across the region
  • Lead and support company-wide clinical initiatives and system improvements
  • Collaborate with Operations, Training, and HR to align clinical and organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with payors to support alignment, partnership, and long-term collaboration
  • Maintain up to 15 billable hours per week, focused on QA, clinical oversight, and leadership (no direct caseload)

  • Base salary of $105,000-$110,000
  • $12,000 annual performance bonus (paid monthly)
