About The Position

The Regional Clinical Director will oversee clinical services across multiple locations, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves providing leadership, mentorship, and supervision to a team of BCBAs, while collaborating with families and stakeholders to create and implement effective treatment plans.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, practices, and ethical guidelines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to a team of BCBAs.
• Collaborate with families and stakeholders to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and interventions.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of services.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and professional development of clinical staff.
